Our factory was located in Shijiazhuang , Hebei, China, which is abt 300km from BEIJING and founded in 2009, with more than 200 skilled workers, totally 10 work lines and almost 280 staff. Have our own certificates of BSCI, OEKO-TEX100, WRAP, STEP, SGS, ITS, TUV, BTTG...

Our factory has it's own technical room with 3 pattern makers, who are responsible for checking the artwork issues to ensure the correct process and size measurement before bulk production.

And own sample developing room with 8 senior technicians, who make all PP samples for customer approval before mass production.

Workshop with total 10 sewing production lines, 6 lines specialized in fashion winter men’s & women’s duck &goose down &fake down jacket/vest, the other 4 lines specialized in outdoor wear (such as ski wear, softshells, waterproofs, and kids wear). Now the production lines are well equipped with all kinds of advanced specific machinery, 3 sets down filling machines, 4 sets template quilting machines, 8 sets eyelet buttonhole machine, 10 sets ironing machine, 1 set laser cutting machine, 5 sets flat seam over lock sewing machine, 6 sets heat logo printing machine, 4 sets seam taping machine...

In addition, there are separated fabric and trims stock rooms with all materials in order, one big professional cutting room, one finishing process room, QC room, packing room, and warehouse for finished goods.
